How these PDF tools work

Your browser reads and processes every selected file locally. That means the document does not need to leave your device for conversion, merging, or compression.

Large documents may take longer on phones because processing power and memory vary by device.

PDF tools FAQ

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool processes selected files inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded by the converter.

How do I change the order before merging?

Use the up and down arrow buttons beside each file. The first file in the list becomes the first part of the merged PDF.

Can I turn several JPG images into one PDF?

Yes. Select several JPG or PNG files, arrange them in the order you want, then choose Create PDF. Each image becomes one page.

Will compression keep selectable text and links?

No. The compressor rebuilds pages as optimized images, so text selection, forms, and links are removed. Use Light compression when visual clarity matters most.

Why is a compressed file sometimes not much smaller?

A PDF that already contains optimized images may have little room to shrink. Results depend on the original document, page dimensions, and selected quality.
